Directions....

    Directions, directions, directions... I sincerely hate confusing directions. The lack of clear, concise, step by step instructions is enough to frustrate anyone, specifically those learning another language. 

For English Learners it is always important to write down and explain what is expected in clear steps. Do not assume ANYTHING.
